Training, Facilitation and Venue Planner – the difference.
1) Training Planner, and
2) Facilitation Planner, and
3) Venue Planner.
Training Planner includes stuff like: needs of learners, programme requirements, stakeholders objectives, bookings, catering, correspondence.
Facilitation Planner includes stuff like: course detail, when you should do what activity in the day, model answers to the questions, facilitation tips or any special notes to the facilitator.
Venue Planner: Classroom Layout, tables and chairs, manuals, projector.
